Coming from Sauris di Sopra, near the arrival of the ski lift, and at the beginning of the road leading to Monte Ruke, you descend to the right, where the road continues in a southeast direction. You pass a stavolo, where the road turns into a trail entering a beautiful spruce forest (mountain spruce). A cleverly traced descent leads to the bed of the Lumiei Torrent (stream), which forks into a spectacular gorge there. It joins Trail 1D, which leads to the lake.
