The Lumiei valley is (also) an astonishing treasure chest of geological rarities. Let’s discover them together, learning to recognize the various types of rocks, their history and how they were used in the construction of traditional buildings.

Don’t miss the opportunity to be accompanied on an exciting “Fossil Hunt! Excursion through the streets of the village to discover fossils dating back to 250 million years ago. Why have this experience: Sauris is a treasure chest of geological rarities and in in Renzo’s company we will let you discover the geological evolution of the “Sauris Lagoon”, an incredible and unique story that began when these lands were in another area of the planet.
