Did you know that many films have been filmed in Sauris? We are Walter and Gennj and together we will make a one-of-a-kind excursion, combining the beauty of nature and local tradition with cinematographic art.

We will explore how the surrounding landscape has been used as a backdrop for some films or TV programs shot in Sauris. We will be immersed in the places that have inspired directors and artists, discovering the secrets behind the cameras and the sets.

In a very simple circular tour, and as we venture along the paths immersed in the
nature, we will have the opportunity to relive scenes from films that were filmed in Sauris.
The excursion is a perfect fusion of nature, culture and art. We will pass through woods and towns as we discuss filming techniques and the stories behind the filming of these film locations.

During the excursion, we will make several strategic stops to admire the most iconic places and take photos that capture the essence of these scenarios. We will also be able to look at photographs of films shot in the area, comparing reality with the magic of cinema.

At the end of the day, we will come full circle with a new perspective on
beauty of our environment and the importance of the natural landscape in the world of cinema.
The excursion will be a perfect fusion of adventure, culture and art, leaving the memory of
a unique experience.
