Here, in the heart of this community, is the Wolf Prosciuttificio, an institution that for generations has guarded the secrets of one of Italy’s finest hams.

The tour will end with a tasting that will involve all the senses, savouring thin slices of soft and tasty Sauris ham accompanied by an excellent local craft beer. Each mouthful will be a unique experience, a sensory journey through the authentic flavours of the mountains.
