Meet at the car park near the Pa Krhaizar hotel in Lateis

Hi, I am Omar, and I will take you to discover Mount Olbe with a ring-route immersed in the beauty of Sauris’ nature. We will leave from the Pa Krhaizar hotel to reach the woods of Mount Olbe, which we will cross among clearings dotted with ancient rural buildings and paths that tell stories of traditions and intact landscapes.
Our walk will lead us to the Eimblateribn hut, where we will stop for a contemplative break, admiring the splendid view of the Saurana basin. After refreshment, we will resume our walk, descending along the northern slope of Monte Olbe, among beech and spruce trees, passing the Stavoli Petris and the Sella di Frumeibn.
Along the way I will talk to you about geology, fauna, flora and the local traditions that make this area unique. A complete experience to experience the mountain in all its magic!

In the event of snow along the route, the hike may be modified at the guide’s discretion for the safety of the group

The excursion will be cancelled in case of bad weather, taking into account the forecast of www.meteo.fvg.it
