The Tiziana Weiss nature trail leads to the crests of Mount Tinisa along the kingdom of biodiversity. The surrounding views will literally leave you breathless! Mountain pine, larches, birches, rowans and alders, meadows and … Edelweiss. Panoramas of the Sauris valley with the view of its beautiful lake and the Tagliamento valley.
The path was dedicated to a young mountaineer from Trieste, Tiziana Weiss, a natural sciences teacher, who fell on the Pale di San Martino at just 26 years old in 1978.

Twelve stations have been identified along the route, highlighted using tables thanks to which it is possible to delve further into specific topics concerning flora, fauna and geology.
